These terms cover ordering and table bookings on this website for Tholan Restaurant.
Using the site
You can browse the menu, place a dine-in or takeaway order, and book a table. A dine-in order is tied to the table whose QR code you scan.
Sign-in uses your mobile number. Keep that number to yourself. Orders and bookings are saved to your account.
Menu and prices
Prices shown are for the dish as listed. Variants and add-ons change the price. GST is added on the bill.
A dish can sell out. If the kitchen cannot make something you ordered, it is taken off the bill.
Orders
Once you place an order it is sent to the kitchen. Ask the staff straight away if you need to change or cancel it. A dish that is already being prepared may not be cancelled.
Dine-in is paid at your table when you are finished. Takeaway is paid at the counter when you collect it. This website does not take payment.
Table bookings
A booking holds a table for the time you choose. You can cancel it from the booking page while it is still booked. If you do not arrive, the table may be released.
Dishes added to a booking are prepared when you arrive and the table QR is scanned, not when you book.
