Allergens & food safety
Tell us about an allergy before you order. The kitchen can then confirm whether a dish is suitable.
On the menu
Each dish is marked veg, non-veg, or egg. That mark is a guide. It is not a full allergen list.
The kitchen uses shared equipment, oil, and surfaces. A dish can come into contact with ingredients that are not listed in its name, including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish.
What to do
- Tell your waiter, or add a note on the order, before the kitchen starts.
- If you are booking a table, mention the allergy when you arrive, before the pre-order is sent to the kitchen.
- For a severe allergy, confirm with the staff in person. Do not rely on the menu mark alone.
